Christmas time part 3

In some areas of Australia, Santa makes a visit to the kids in the street. A sleigh pulled by reindeers is just impractical, so yesterday, Santa came on the back of the rural bush fire brigade truck.

The volunteer firefighters give Santa a hand, handing out candy canes to the children.

Luckily it wasn’t too hot for Santa.

Last weekend Santa was supposed to pay a visit, but there was a massive storm that bought down trees onto power lines and cars, so the firefighters were too busy to drive Santa around.

Does Santa have different forms of transportation in other countries?

  1. Your pics remind me of Christmas in Florida, where Short pants and Santa always sent my internal clock and compass out of whack!
    Your neighborhood looks lovely.
